General Rental Conditions (CGL)


1. Purpose

The purpose of these conditions is to define the terms and conditions for renting furnished villas and furnished apartments offered on the LesRésidencesCachees.com site, owned by lesresidencescachees.com.

2. Booking

The reservation is considered firm after receiving a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
The balance is payable upon arrival or as agreed.
A reservation confirmation is sent to you by email after receipt of the deposit.

3. Cancellation conditions

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival : full refund of the deposit
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days : 50% of the deposit withheld
Cancellation less than 15 days : no refund

In case of no-show, the full rental amount is due.

4. Length of stay

The rental period is specified in the contract or reservation form. Under no circumstances will the tenant be able to claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

5. Arrival/Departure

Arrival time : from 14:00 - Departure time : no later than 12:00.

Any late arrival or early departure cannot be refunded.

6. Use of the premises

The tenant undertakes to :
Respect the maximum capacity provided for the villa or apartment
Use the premises as a good father
Do not organize events without prior authorization
Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood

7. Caution

A deposit of 200,000 CFA may be requested upon arrival. It is returned at the end of the stay after an inventory, minus any damage.

8. Insurance

The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by him. He is invited to take out resort liability insurance.

9. Responsibility

Les Résidences Cachées cannot be held responsible for :
In the event of loss, theft or damage to the tenant's property, in case of failure of a public service (water, power cut, etc.)
